Beneath the Surface Designs is based in Jupiter, Florida. The apparel was inspired by the local sharks in Jupiter, and the underwater images were taken all over the world. 

A portion of each sale is donated to Sharks4Kids, whose goal is to create a new generation of shark advocates through access to a dynamic range of educational materials. They also fund field trips and science education days for students in South Florida and The Bahamas.
